Dr. Hal Mendel is the founder of Mendel Optical. Dr. Mendel graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  He was born and raised in New York, New York and now resides with his family in Westchester County.  Dr. Mendel and his staff have been serving the Rye Brook community with a smile for over three decades.
