RYE RIDGE SHOPPING CENTER SIGNS DIG INN TO ONE OF THE FIRST LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF NYC

June 2, 2016 – Rye Brook NY – The Rye Ridge Shopping Center, Rye Plaza and Rye South are excited to announce that Dig Inn has signed a long term lease for over 3200 square feet of a portion of the space vacated by Family Discount. Dig Inn currently operates 11 locations in New York City. The Rye Ridge location will be their 12th and one of the first locations outside of NYC. A Fall opening is planned.

About Dig Inn – Dig Inn is an exciting fast casual, affordable, farm to table, restaurant that serves organic, locally sourced food. The chain was founded 2011 by Adam Eskin, a former Merrill Lynch trader who always had an interest in healthy living.
