Westchester eatery offers free ice cream for limited time only

Good news for Dig Inn fans: The Rye Brook eatery is offering a limited-edition traveling ice cream cart featuring exclusive farm-driven flavors — for free!

The promotion, which features scoops in cups and cones, runs Wednesday, August 8th and Thursday, August 9th in Rye Brook. You just need to be among the first 200 visitors on each day. After that, they may run out.

Among the available flavors: Tri-Star Strawberry with balsamic reduction and Triple Vanilla with seasonal fruit syrup. There will also be vegan, oat milk-based options including Oat & Honey with honeycomb crunch and Carrot Creamsicle with crystalized ginger.

The ice cream cart is part of the brand’s larger “Dig Days of Summer” initiative featuring fun events to celebrate the sunny season.
