Join Blum Center for Health’s Winter Weight Loss Program

blum260Losing weight in the Winter can seem like an impossible task. Did you know that your body actually processes foods differently in the Winter than in any other season like Spring or Summer?  Simply put, during the cold weather months you need a very specific approach to weight loss that not only helps you lose weight more efficiently, but also supports overall wellness.

So mark your calendars! Our Winter Weight Loss Group Program begins January 26th, and focuses exclusively on warming foods that help you restore and boost your mitochondria, the energy producing cells that play an important role in your metabolism.

Take the chill out of winter by enjoying the power of this group dynamic together as Mary Gocke, RDN, CDN, Blum Center’s Director of Nutrition, helps you discover which foods improve your health, promote weight loss, and shield against typical Winter illnesses.
