NEW HEALTHY EATERY GREEN & TONIC TO OPEN SOON AT RYE RIDGE SHOPPING CENTER

Rye Ridge Shopping Center, Plaza and South are excited to announce that CT Based Green & Tonic is open! They will be located in the space previously occupied by OrganicPharmer, on the Plaza Level.

Green & Tonic has a plant-based menu with nut-free and gluten-free options; toasts, salads, wraps, grain bowls for eat-in or takeaway; cold-pressed juices; superfood smoothies; tinctures and tonics; 3 or 5 day meal plans.

In 2012 Green & Tonic was first opened in Darien by Jeff and Cai Pandolfino.  Their love affair with food and a busy lifestyle led them to seek out balance and harmony via food.  They dove into the plant-based world exploring the techniques and flavors that made good-for-you foods delicious, inviting and accessible. Today, Green & Tonic’s heritage lives on by offering delicious, crave-able food designed to nourish the mind, body and soul.
