SLT Pilates to Open at Rye Ridge Shopping Center

The Rye Ridge Shopping Center, Rye Plaza and Rye South are very pleased to announce the first Westchester location of SLT, the NYC based cardio Pilates phenomenon has signed a long term lease for almost 1300sf at Rye Plaza. They are anticipating an August opening.

SLT incorporates the “Megaformer” TM workout which is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the body quickly and safely. This workout is largely based on the holistic principles of Pilates, but also emphasizes the strength training and cardio elements not inherent to Pilates to achieve muscle definition faster than traditional Pilates and /or weight training alone….all in a s little as 50 minutes.

Erin Hinchey, Leasing Agent for the Rye Ridge Shopping Center noted “we love bringing exclusive New York City concepts to our shoppers and that the New York City concepts continue to come to The Rye Ridge Shopping Center first.”
