Hudson Greenstein had a simple goal: find a way to enjoy pizza during Passover. At just 8 years old, he created a solution — Yalla Matzah Pizza.

What started as a creative idea at a local pizza shop has grown into Yalla Matzah Pizza, now in its fourth year and partnering with Streit’s Matzah to bring the concept to even more people. This year, Hudson’s matzah pizza is popping up at Fortina, so the Jewish community and beyond can enjoy a kosher-style Passover pizza during the holiday.
