Relax At Blum Center for Health

Do You Know How to Relax?

Let us Teach You!

blumrelax At Blum Center for Health, we have a great new Fall line up of Mind-Body classes that we want to share with you!   Most people think that the only kind of relaxation technique is meditation, and often feel intimidated by this.   Of course we love meditation, but we also offer a variety of Mind-Body classes perfect for the novice, and the experienced alike. If you want to deepen your existing practice, or to simply try something new, like guided visualization, biofeedback, writing, drawing, or moving meditation, our Mind-Body workshops are for you.

All of these practices are forms of meditation, and can reduce stress, help your body relax and focus your mind.  There have been many studies that have shown that meditation can lower blood pressure, slow Alzheimer’s and curb tobacco cravings. So we invite you to take a deep breath and open yourself up to something that can quite literally change your life!

The following is an overview of all of our classes. To register or to learn more about the program descriptions, simply click the titles. Note: all of these classes, groups, and workshops are held at Blum Center for Health.
